Buck Reising is the Midday host on 104.5 The Zone, heard every weekday from 10AM-1PM. Reising has covered the Tennessee Titans as a writer, reporter and talk show host since 2017. Buck’s style is unique from anything else you’ll hear. It’s different, diverse, and manages to occupy every media space out there. In addition to his radio duties, Reising hosts the 615 Sessions podcast and the nightly digital streaming show A To Z Sports Primetime making him the ultimate dual threat in Nashville. When Buck isn’t talking, he can be found hanging out with his cats and doesn’t care who knows it.
Born in Nashville, raised in Birmingham, and educated at the University of Tennessee, Lucas Panzica brings his passion for sports to the airwaves (while always making sure to give Buck a hard time) from 10-1pm on 104.5 The Zone. A first-generation American, Lucas’ first love was soccer, and you can hear him broadcasting play-by-play of Nashville Soccer Club on The Zone. You can also catch Lucas Sundays on Titans Radio, and Friday Nights broadcasting High School Football on MyTV30. When he’s not on the air or calling a game, he’s probably cooking at home, traveling, or plotting with producer Robert Walsh on other ways to make Buck’s life harder.
Panzica’s Pantry Virtual Food Drive
1 in 8 people, including 1 in 7 children, struggle with hunger every day in Middle and West Tennessee. Hunger is closer than you think, but so is the solution. Currently, Second Harvest is experiencing a startling increase in need and more people than ever are using the food bank’s resources.
Panzica’s Pantry is fundraising on behalf of Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee to provide food to people facing hunger and work to advance hunger solutions. Lucas has always had a passion for cooking and how food brings people together. Every family should be able to gather around a table and not worry about where the food is going to come from. Panzica’s Pantry aims to unite the Middle Tennessee community in contribution to Second Harvest’s goals of advancing hunger solutions in the state of Tennessee. No amount is too big; no amount is too small!
