Transfer quarterback Jake Retzlaff will start for Tulane against Northwestern on Saturday, ESPN reported.Retzlaff started at BYU last season and was 11-2 but transferred mid-summer rather than face a lengthy suspension for violating the school’s honor code.He passed for 2,947 yards, throwing 20 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. The 6-foot-1, 205-pound quarterback is a redshirt senior.Brendan Sullivan, who previously was with both Iowa and Northwestern, will dress, ESPN reported. He had been limited in practice by a foot and ankle injury.Retzlaff and Sullivan are two of four transfer quarterbacks on the roster for head coach Jon Sumrall, who is starting his second season with Tulane.
