This past Saturday, the Tennessee Titans partnered with USA Football to invite the community to  Nashville’s Player Safety Clinic at Saint Thomas Sports Park. Saturday’s agenda covered the following player health and safety topics: concussion awareness, sudden cardiac arrest, heat and hydration preparedness, proper equipment fitting and proper Heads Up tackling and blocking techniques. The Titans have always went above and beyond to reach out and help the community. This camp especially helps the youth football community know the fundamentals of the sport while practicing it safely!
