The 21-year-old safety, selected with the 25th overall pick out of Oregon, will officially sign soon, per the report.
The total contract value for his draft slot is just over $19.5 million for four years, and he is eligible for a fifth-year option.
Thieneman recorded 96 tackles and two interceptions in 15 games during his lone season with the Ducks in 2025.
He recorded eight interceptions and 306 tackles (10 for losses) in 39 games with Purdue (2023-24) and Oregon.
Per NFL Network, Thieneman’s signing leaves seven first-round picks who have yet to agree to contract terms.
