CUMULUS NASHVILLE TO BUILD A TOY FIELD FOR THE FORGOTTEN ANGELS

DETAILS: The Salvation Army’s Forgotten Angels Program will benefit from the toys collected at the 12th Annual Toy Field presented by Cumulus Nashville and Planet Fitness – TOMORROW – at Nissan Stadium. Middle Tennessee listeners and client partners will help fulfill the dreams of many “forgotten children” this holiday season. This holiday, The Salvation Army will reach nearly 8,500 “angels” – less fortunate children and elderly. According to Major Ethan Frizzell, Area Commander – The Salvation Army Nashville Area Command, several hundred of those “angels” may not be adopted or be returned to the Angel Tree. To ensure each child has a special Christmas, the Christmas Joy shop will provide gifts. “Thousands of toys have been donated throughout the years and we hope to see the same enthusiasm this year. We would not be able to provide for all these children, without the support of Cumulus Broadcasting and our community,” said Major Ethan Frizzell, Area Commander The Salvation Army Nashville Area Command.
