Music Row Sports with Scott Henry and Morgan Alexander
(Saturday: 1:00pm-3:00pm)
It’s your sports talk radio set to a driving Music City beat!
MUSIC ROW SPORTS blends two of Nashville’s primary exports: hot music and exciting sports. Music gets you and your favorite sports stars hyped at the games, and musicians respect the feats of athletes just like the rest of us. These two industries go hand-in-hand, especially on MRS!
National sports coverage, music and entertainment features…even future stars of the music world might get involved! Broadcasting from the “Mouth of Music Row”, hosts Morgan Alexander and Scott Henry lend their ear to what YOU want to talk about! NFL, NBA, MLB, College, local sports and everything in between.
Music City’s own singers, songwriters, and bands can be heard talking sports, while athletes, coaches and analysts will get to talk about their favorite songs and performers.
Join MUSIC ROW SPORTS on Saturdays for sports talk that you can dance to!

Scott Henry Bio:
Although he’s a native of West Lafayette, Indiana (and still has undying love for his hometown Purdue Boilermakers), Scott Henry is making his name as a radio presence in Middle Tennessee.
A 2011 MTSU graduate, Scott spent more than two years hosting 4 Quarters, a sports talk program on WMTS, the MTSU campus station. Scott started with Titans Radio as an intern for the 2011 season, then returned as a practice reporter and studio producer in 2012. Since officially joining the Zone in January of 2012, Scott has produced episodes of the Midday 180, 3HL and Primetime. He’s also produced every installment of the new shows “Race Talk America with Hope Hines” and “360 Golf with Ned Michaels.” Follow Scott on Twitter @4QuartersRadio.
Morgan Alexander Bio:
Morgan is a singer/songwriter and has been involved in radio since he was 19. Music and sports have always been a major part of his life, from playing to coaching to studying both. So, when the right conversation strikes, he can talk for hours. Morgan loves a good sandwich and getting to spend quality time with his wonderful wife and baby girl.
Q and A with Morgan Alexander
Q1. What are your favorite sports teams?
A. Portland Trailblazers, Pittsburgh Steelers, Oregon State Beavers. Now that I live in SEC country, I am a follower of the Tennessee Vols and Vanderbilt Commodores.
Q2. Sports or Music people you would like to meet?
A. I don’t really get caught up in bothering famous people but if I could meet and hang with anybody it would have to be Clyde “The Glide” Drexler. I wanted to be him growing up. But I never had the hops, so I stuck with music.
Q3. Sports venues you have visited?
A. I have been to a few: Safeco Field (Mariners), Qwest Stadium (Seahawks), Reser Stadium (Oregon State), LP Field (Titans). But if i could go to any I would want to see Fenway and Lambeau.
