Barry Booker Friday's at 7:30am

Barry Booker joins the Wake Up Zone again in 2010 as their college basketball analyst.

A 1989 graduate of Vanderbilt with a B. A. in Economics, Barry was a standout player helping the Commodores coached by C. M. Newton to the only back-to-back NCAA Tournament appearances in school history in 1988 and 1989. Barry was a starting guard for three years earning Academic All-SEC Honors in 1988 and he was named the University’s Most Outstanding Student-Athlete in 1989.

He still holds the all-time career three-point shooting percentage record in the SEC -- 46%. Barry earned an MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management graduating in 1997.

In addition to his broadcast duties, he is a Relationship Manager for Wells Fargo Commercial Bank in Nashville.
